The staff that greets you as you come in are very kind then on to the vet tech to get things rolling in the room- very professional and knowledgeable and then its time to see Dr Carlton ,-- the most compassionate vet I have ever met (and I have seen many in my lifetime from Maine to Florida and back to Kentucky by way of Tn.,Ga.,N.C. . All of my dogs as well as my foster dogs have loved him and are at ease with him. That proves they trusted him as much as I do. I recommend using and seeing for yourself. 🙂

Dr. Tull and Staff are the most compassionate people when it comes to your fur babies. I will continue to take my new puppy and senior dog to see them for many years to come. They care for your baby as if they were own.

The vet is really good, the nurses and techs are helpful and sweet, the office manager is…probably better suited for work at the DMV (those ladies are a special breed). If you have questions make sure the person assisting you isn’t also the office manager. She really doesn’t have time for trivial things like that. If you ask for a nurse or doctor, she’ll insist that she’s the office manager, so therefore she is qualified to speak for the vet??? The clinic is clean, and well maintained.

The Lancaster veterans hospital used to be great. It's a place I trusted with my rottie. When I called now that I have a new puppy, they cannot see her because they no longer have a vet. Honestly, it's confusing because I don't know what services they offer without a doctor, I just know they can't see my puppy. I have to take her elsewhere for simply things like checkups.

Just an amazing clinic! The staff is VERY friendly, cares about your pet, and treats you with respects! The vet is thorough, talks to you about each step, and very caring. The facilities are CLEAN too! Oh and the prices are VERY FAIR! I would recommend this clinic to anyone! Don't forget about grooming too! Awesome!
