Landmark Dental Care

I have had a lot of bad past experiences at different places. Kind of gave me trauma. But these people are great! Landmark dental is unmatched! I will continue to go here for as long a I can. I trust no one else😁 thank you so much. I had to get caps on my teeth and cavities filled and they made the experience not traumatizing at all! They are very reassuring and very good at what they do!!! 10/10 would recommend 😁🤙🏼

Cleanings were thorough and gentle, and filling was good experience. But then came the pressure for Invisalign, even when I’ve never been unhappy with my smile, but they claimed there were areas of excess pressure that would benefit from it. Months later, they called asking if I would come in to discuss Invisalign more. I hadn’t given it much thought since the cleaning but figured I’d go talk about it if it might be helpful to reduce wear. When I got there, they just asked why I came in and just asked for my questions/concerns. Very limited discussion on process. I thought maybe I would try Invisalign if it’s just as easy as leaving them in to go about my day and just avoid coffee which I don’t drink anyways. I was overcharged a very large amount, over $800 that my insurance covered. I was then told it would take 8-12 weeks to get my money back. I have called to speak to the manager but she was not there one day, next day in a “meeting”. Unfortunately I work so I can’t keep trying to call all day. Super disappointed in the mistake they made and lack of urgency to correct it. *update* received a call to inform us that they “expedited” the refund to four weeks. Still extremely long. Still haven’t been in contact with the manager.

Everyone here is friendly, kind, and attentive. Don't know why I went anywhere else. I had so many scheduling issues having to cancel and reschedule so many things going on, but they were friendly through all of it, took it all in stride and today I was finally able to make my schedule work to where I can get extractions which so far has been excellent experience

I had a dental emergency where I needed a tooth extracted, all of the oral surgeons were book up. I called Landmark to see if they did emergency extractions and I had also never been there before. They got me right in same day and was able to get me taken care of plus some! Dr. Young and the staff were great! I highly recommend! I may consider switching to them as my regular dentist.
