If I could give this place less than one star I would. They called me to confirm my appt and completely wrote down the wrong insurance number.They didn’t verify until day of appt to cancel and reschedule me for a MONTH LATER. The lady at the counters reasoning was that “we’re all humans” and they messed up. Ridiculous and un professional. The customer is the one who pays the price always.

The medical staff is terrific, but the TELEPHONE customer service is the worst. Every time I have to call them, it takes more than an hour to get through.

Only one employee at the front desk attending to all patients. She’s drawing blood and assisting as a nurse. I’ve been at the office 2 hours waiting just to get some labs done. You should really consider hiring a few more staff members. Not happy with this experience!

I have had an exceptional experience at Las Palmas Medical Center for years. The staff is so welcoming and efficient, and the doctors truly stand out. They take the time to listen, provide thorough explanations, and ensure all of my concerns are addressed. Dr. Derek and Dr. Contreras are outstanding physicians. They are not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate. I felt completely at ease during my visits and confident in their expertise. I couldn’t ask for a better medical team for me and my family! Highly recommend this center for anyone seeking top-notch, compassionate healthcare!

Dr. Almendares is very attentive to his patients, has excellent follow up, and is willing to answer any questions I may have. The staff at Las Palmas is exceptional and I am grateful to have them as my care team.
