Customer Reviews
Compared to another one I've been too, my first impression when I walked in was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facility was very clean. My mother is very happy with the medical staff. They have been very pleasant and nice to her. I felt very comfortable being there and knowing that she likes it and is being well cared for. Thank you.
A very kind and considerate staff. I was pleased to see that about every half hour someone was stopping and acknowledging my sister. Thank you for the attention and consistency you show to the patients.
My Gmom has been here for 2 years now & she's slowly settling in but has really bad Alzheimer's & Dementia so its a new story line every time I see her. That staff all seems to be really friendly, I just know they do need more. We all need to treat nurses with respect bcuz they deserve it! After the pandemic our nurses got plummeted and I truly fear we're going to lose a lot more before it gets better.
Laureldale nursing home is where my brother is going to die in the next month or so. 7 weeks ago we found out jeff my brother, has a golf ball size tumor in the right side of his brain and 3 areas of lung cancer stage 4 for both. This was a death sentence. He decided to not do treatment and unfortunately stayed in the hospital about 6 weeks leaving twice and reentering by calling 911 when he could no longer walk and control his bladder. We all thought he had a stroke because the left side of his body went numb. He started falling and driving became a problem. Thats when he showed up at my house in need of a doctor. So I took him to quick care and they thought it was a stroke. Told us to go straight to ER. We did not. He went back to living in his car for 2 weeks then came to my house tell
Mom got great care. Someone was always around to check in on her. Team was very caring and pleasant.
