Not only is she a fantastic RMT she is is super capable of sharing information about muscle anatomy and the science of massage therapy in a way that is accessible. If you’re looking for a passionate and engaged RMT Lauren is the best you can get.

I have been getting massages for over 30 years but I was blown away by Lauren’s talent. Massage is such a personal thing and the whole experience felt safe and professional. I have been dealing with what I thought was hearing loss in one ear for over a year. It runs in my family and I thought for sure it was a genetic. She did TMJ massage on me and for the first time in over a year I could hear clearly. I know it sounds a little over the top but I was completely overwhelmed and relieved to know it was something that could be worked with. Clearly I would highly recommend Lauren and will use her to heal my body as often as I can.

I really had a good experience.. I got a relief on my back pain after the visit and she even suggested me the right exercises for my back pains.
