I had a very positive experience meeting with Dr. Penzi , who explained my treatment thoroughly and what reasonable expectations I should have . I have been more than satisfied with the results ( for hair regrowth ), and I highly recommend.

I recently visited Dr. Penzi, and it was such a great experience. She was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything in detail, and impressively, she answered my questions before I even asked them! Her superb and meticulous bedside manner put me completely at ease. Plus, the staff there is truly outstanding. Before this, I had visited two other dermatologists for a procedure, and those experiences weren't so positive. It caused me to delay the procedure longer than I should have. However, with Dr. Penzi, the process was quick and easy. This appointment set a new standard for me in dermatological care.

My first visit with Dr. Penzi was a great experience. She took her time during the consultation, never making me feel like I was being rushed or my concerns not addressed. Her knowledge of my skin condition and the many treatment options available exceeded my expectations by far. Since the visit and new medication, my skin is clearing up and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Penzi to family and friends.

Dr. Penzi was extremely knowledgeable while listening to my concerns and gave me a full rundown of what the possible routes of treatment were. I never felt rushed as she took the time to get my accurate dermatological history before providing her diagnosis. She explained everything in both medical and laymen’s terms to make sure that I understood completely. She talked me through everything before any steps were taken. I will continue going to her and love that she has multiple locations for treatment, making it even easier to do so!

Dr. Penzi is a brilliant physician with comforting bedside manner and excellent surgical skills. Dr. Penzi's medical assistant was pleasant and very efficient. I was extremely satisfied with my experience.
