Lenox Hill Radiology | Flushing Downtown

Had a great experience at Lenox Radiology. The staff was kind, professional, and made my kid feel comfortable throughout the visit. Everything was extremely efficient and well organized they truly respect your time and do not keep patients waiting. We visited 2 locations in Flushing. Both offices, and the experience was excellent. The process was quick, smooth, and stress-free from check-in to completion. Highly recommend Lenox Radiology for anyone looking for fast, efficient, and patient-friendly service.

I had a wonderful experience with Lillian, Flora, and Ann at the front desk. Lillian was especially outstanding. I had forgotten to upload my doctor’s referrals online, and she went above and beyond to help me recover it directly from the doctor. She made the whole process so smooth and saved us so much time. Her support was truly exceptional. The entire team is kind, helpful, and welcoming. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy and pleasant one. I’m very grateful for their assistance and would highly recommend them!

I came to do my CT today and was very happy about the service I received! The staff were super nice and professional, the CT tech explained all steps clearly before starting the scan so you don’t feel nervous on the table. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs imaging services

I went today with my son for his appointment and overall it was an excellent experience. The receptionist was very friendly. Happy to be there, and very informative of everything that we asked for, even though it was 6:30am There was no parking, but overall excellent experience

Nice location. Intake staff on the first floor could have done better with communication. You have a sign in sheet but dont call the person and let them know they should have signed in upstairs for an ultrasound appointment. Works that it's a very accessible location for flushing
