LensCrafters at Macy's

Sooooo… my mission was to head over to BJ’s optical to repair my glasses 👓-but got off the light rail and stopped by lens Crafters inside Macys second floor, just to see if they would help out… They did -at no cost. Now I’m not saying it’s free. But I’ll tell ya one thing… Patricia & Juana were extremely accommodating and professional and also gave me- much appreciated information about their META glasses my next pair ✅ I’ll definitely stop by again. Went on Saturday to purchase a pair of purple Versace glasses and add new lens to an old Gucci frame with my mom and I had a positive experience. I hope John reads this review because he was really great. He’s very kind and he’s someone who cares about the customers well being. I also appreciate how he was able to explain the costs of the glasses and tell us what would come with the glasses if we choose to a more premium route which I did. I honestly love my glasses. Anyone who is looking for a positive experience I would ask for John and his work hours because you honestly won’t regret it. He’s great at what he does and I’m happy with my purchase.

Amazing experience at Macy’s Newport! I purchased my Meta Oakley glasses and had the help of Hugo, the stylist, who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and honest in helping me choose the perfect pair. He really knows his stuff and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The manager from LensCrafters was also super helpful, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Together they made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Great customer service all around — highly recommend this location!

My experience at LenCrafters in the Jersey City mall was great. Tiana was absolutely sooo helpful and patient with me in picking out frames and ultimately helping choose great frames. I would definitely travel from Manhattan to Jersey to receive that level of customer service!

This place is so much better than other LensCrafters. They have more choices, they are patient, and Patricia there is so experienced and helpful. She was absolutely wonderful with her knowledge and willingness to help. I had 10/10 experience!
