Subject: Issue with Poor Quality Glasses Dear [Customer Service], I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor quality of the glasses I purchased from your store. I have already been to your location twice to put up additional money for repairs and replacements. This will be my last time visiting LC, as I just purchased my frame on 8/31/25 and have already had to replace it twice. This is the reason for my poor review. Alex was great! I had to go into exchange my Meta Rayban frames and I was so indecisive on which ones to get. Alex was very patient and even helped me select the perfect frames. He was also very knowledgeable about the different lenses and advised me on the best option for my particular lifestyle.
