If I could give more than five stars, I would. The customer service at LensCrafters inside Macy’s is outstanding, especially thanks to Kimberly. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re not just satisfied, but genuinely confident in your choice. Kimberly is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping you find the right pair. If you’re indecisive or overwhelmed by all the options and insurance details (like I usually am), she takes the time to explain everything clearly and never rushes you. She encourages you to try on as many frames as you need and helps guide you through every detail so you leave feeling happy and informed.

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! I went in to get my glasses fixed, even though they were originally from a different eye doctor, and Kimberly, the manager, went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly kind, patient, and made sure my glasses were fixed properly and that I was completely happy before I left. Her customer service was truly amazing. I can’t recommend her enough—if you’re looking for help with your glasses, definitely go see Kimberly at LensCrafters!
