LensCrafters at Macy's

The Doctor exam was really good and my prescription is perfect. Kai is excellent and recommended glasses for me and I love them. People compliment me all the time and tell me the glasses are perfect for my face. I’m really happy with them! I highly recommend Kai Lani at LensCrafters. It’s on the second floor of Macy’s in Boca. Michelle is great as well. You can’t go wrong.

I brought my mother to here for eye exam and Kai Lani took such care of her.She was super sweet helpful and welcoming and trusting that it made me want to come in also and ger my eye exam and Kai Lani also helped me pick out my glasses and helped me make my appointment with the doctor. Wonderful woman! And amazing doctor! Highly satisfied!

Dr Sax was exceptional. I felt very comfortable and he took the time to explain the different eye tests and results. Everything was very high tech. I strongly recommend him for your next eye test. My family and I have been looking for a good General EYE👀doctor. After several years, we finally found a great doc at Lens Crafters , Macy's. A humble little place nestled on the second floor. We met with Kai Lani and she was absolutely delightful and very helpful. She was ready to help, and worked around our schedule. Dr. Saks (from Ohio) was recommended to us by a doctor. When we met him, he was very welcoming and gentle. He did our eye exam very carefully sng took the time making sure i made the right decision on the type of lens where I can see with clarity. His prices were very reasonable and he treats each client like family. They have good choices of glasses as well. My family and I will definitely be back.

Michelle was amazing!! We are in from out of town and my daughter’s screw fell out. Only Lens Crafters would fix it. We leave tomorrow to go back to NC. We couldn’t do this without her!!!
