LensCrafters at Macy's

I had a wonderful experience at the Macy location at Victoria Gardens, the Optometrist Joanne Hassar was wonderful she took the time and listened to my concerns and even would not let me leave without making sure my Rx was perfect (usually the Optometrist have told me my eyes will adjust) she even did extra testing that I have never been offered before. She was extremely professional and nice. The other staff Stephanie and Elliot were very helpful in helping me pick a couple of frames and getting me the best price. I will definitely be back to this location. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this location and Optometrist!

Took my favorite pair of glasses in to LensCrafters in Macy’s Victoria Garden. Thought I’d ruined them but A very professional and courteous you man named Nathan, not only repaired them but noticed the nose pad needed changing and took care of it as well. The kind of customer service he provided I haven’t experienced in a long time. Guess where I’m getting my next pair of glasses from! Thank you Nathan and LensCrafters

Came here for the 1st time with a friend. Had a great experience. Ben is great at customer service. So patient and full of knowledge. I purchased two pair of glasses. Then when I came back to pick up one pair Stephanie helped me out and she was great as well!! I ended up liking another pair. I said I would purchase them when I returned for the 2nd pair. Picked up the 2nd pair today and had great customer service with Elliott. I not only got one pair but purchased another pair as well. Thanks for the great glasses land outstanding customer service. I will return and tell all my family and friends about the great glasses and great customer service I received from Lens Crafters inside of Victoria Gardens Macys!
