LensCrafters at Macy's

I recently visited Lens crafters inside Macy’s at Dadeland mall and I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, Taymi and Kelvin were very attentive. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me select the perfect pair of glasses. They provided detailed explanations about the lens options and guided me without being pushy or overly sales-focused.

Beware of the fake positive reviews!!! This place lacks appropriate customer service. I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time, expecting to be seen promptly. Unfortunately, I waited over 30 minutes while walk-in customers were helped ahead of me. Even as staff were speaking with me, they continued engaging with other customers, which made the interaction feel rushed and dismissive. Despite having an appointment, there was no clear effort to prioritize my visit. After waiting without any meaningful assistance, I ended up leaving without getting my vision checked. It was a frustrating experience, and I hope the office reconsiders how they manage appointments versus walk-ins to ensure better service and respect for customers' time.

The store manager Kelvin, is always attentive to the clients needs. I always know I can count on the store to fix my frames whenever I smush them or need advice on what glasses look best on my face. I love knowing that there’s aftercare and not just a simple purchase where you’ll never see the optical store again. Love that they take my insurance as well. Who knew that a visiting an eyewear store could be so satisfying!! 10/10 experience every time I go, and the only store I trust tbh.

We made an appointment day of and we were seen within minutes of arriving. The customer service was incredible and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Even when purchasing the glasses, they checked different ways with the insurance to ensure we got the best deal possible which is unheard of nowadays. Extremely grateful to the team at LensCrafters at Macys in Dadeland Mall. They have gotten new lifetime customers!
