Nabil greeted us at the door and was very knowledgeable about the different frames. Elise did a great job fixing my frames. Overall 10/10 and would recommend/ come back when I need new glasses.

Disappointed in the new optometrist at the Countryside mall location. We loved Dr. Hatala, the new Dr. is nickel and dimeing for services I never paid for before. They preferred to not take appointments for my family of 4, instead of working with us. Many other great Drs in the area!

My husband and I travel an hour and a half to go to this particular location. We’ve tried places (not LensCrafters) closer to home but have walked away disappointed one too many times. We like the Clearwater location as they’ve always done a great job in terms of accurately (key word here!) determining our prescriptions, and helping us find the perfect frames.
