LensCrafters

While it was frustrating getting my glasses lens shattered by the LensCrafters employee I asked to simply adjust my frame, LensCrafters is usually beneficial. I usually appreciate the dedicated work they and the optometrists in the store's Lickteig Family Eyecare back section deliver, as they are incredibly polite and get me all the eye knowledge snd products I need—even if it's all quite pricey.

I highly recommend Lenscrafter inside the Natick Mall. My experience from the beginning to the end was nothing but exceptional. Julie who performed the initial eye exam was thorough and explained every step. Dr. Vecchiarello explained my exam results and answered all my questions. She explained that her professional assessment and recommendations are more on the cautious side -which I appreciated. I don’t take my health including my eye health lightly. We cannot get an eye transplant; and some eye conditions are irreversible. I rather have a doctor who is extra cautious with my eyes than overlook anything. Got new frames (from a different vendor) and was in pain after wearing them for a few days, as they were too tight. Kalin at Lens Crafters did an excellent job adjusting my frames, and now they fit perfectly. Kalin was warm, friendly and very professional!

I’ve had a great interaction with everyone I’ve interacted with here. They even helped out my mom with a pair of loose sunglasses that she didn’t purchase there. I love going here!

Needing to adjust my new sunglasses for a better fit. Staff seem professional! My sunglasses are adjusted perfectly. However, I found a few small dents/scratches on the sunglasses where they used tool and squeezed that caused dents on my brand new sunglasses. The damage is too small to be noticeable, but bothers me a lot!
