The assistant who took care of pre screening was very patient and kind . My doctor Dr. Angela was was knowledgeable and transparent which I value . Belinda our sales associate was so patient and kind . She didn’t make me feel like I needed to rush and make a purchase . She explained all the options and answered all of our questions so professionally and kindly . It was a great experience and I am so thankful we have this lenscrafter location our home . Very upscale professional experience . Very clean too !

The Optometrist was very patient and educational to me as well!! I’ve been coming to this office for about five years now and I can truly say the staff are always welcoming and pleasant to me on every visit. Melissa and Ricardo were great! I was out of town and I desperately needed new glasses. Melissa understood my urgency and got me an eye exam on the spot. Ricardo helped me choose new frames and got lenses brought in from another store. They both went above and beyond to take care of me. I highly recommend this lens crafters.
