If I could give 1 star to the dentist “Cerra, Maria Teresa, DDS “ who treated my mom very poorly last week I would. She has no bedside manners and definitely needs to work on how to better deliver customer service and treat the elderly population. That’s without counting her assistant who put the suction on the side my mom had a molar removed and started bleeding after she notified them not to put it there. I hope when they open their new location she gets better service and more variety of dentists. Because I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to my own pet.
Gave me wrong address and made me wait over an hour for my appointment
