Absolutely the worst dental clinic I have ever been to. The doctor is extremely rough and the assistant is just as rude. They are completely unprofessional and lack basic respect for patients. I clearly told them they were hurting me, and instead of addressing the issue, they abruptly stopped the procedure and sent me to the front desk. I was led to believe the treatment was finished, so I asked when my next appointment would be. To my shock, they told me I would not be coming back at all. I was confused because they had clearly stated the treatment required two visits, and since I don’t have insurance, I paid everything in cash upfront. My family has been an admirer and patron of Dr. Joe for over 20 years. I had to go to the posts because Doc won’t return my phone calls. The young lady Fatima who has ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service experience is sabotaging his practice PURPOSELY she is also sending patient information to another practice of her “ familia” . Her family friend Joana who also works for doc is sharing some pretty inappropriate communications between the doc and her outside of the office. My son showed me the proof. Doc PLEASE CLEAN HOUSE! You are being set up to fail by your inside staff. You have loyal staff that your probably witnessing that will leave like Dina and Donna who were loyal and rock stars. Very disappointed in this practice… has gone down hill since he brought in those new people. I have been a patient of Dr.Joe for quite some time, first off the girls up front do nothing. They do NOT pick up the phone all they do is stare onto their phones. The girl at the check in window fatima LACKS compassion and customer service skills, apparently she is a friend of my son and its come to our attention she runs a graphic account on social media which is truly shocking considering the type of person dr.lester is. There is also a crazy hygienist who claims she speaks to the holy spirit which is truly concerning, I dont know if that is what he is into but dr.joe please DO BETTER! i hope this gets investigated or reported to higher officials as i will be doing so!

I been coming to this office for years and always had a fairly pleasant experience. I only saw Dr. Lester once prior to my last visit and that appointment went well. However, my last visit was a disaster! I came in because I had a abscess that formed in my mouth that was very painful. Now, I have been up to date with all of my cleanings and made all scheduled appointments. I had a root canal done that required a crown. I had the office contact my insurance to get coverage details and we were waiting to hear back. Meanwhile, I'm showing up for appointments as well as asking my hygienist if they heard anything from my insurance, I never could get a answer. Dr. Lester is very professional and always does what’s in the best interest of his patients. I have been a client for over 30 years and have always received great service from him and his staff.
