Life Care Center of Coeur d'Alene

The staff are wonderful!! 5 stars for them. The facility is also great. Great recreational functions, very nice library, there’s even an Ice Cream Parlor. The physical therapy staff are doing a great job helping my father in law get back on his feet after a double leg fracture. The only negative is that my father in law says the food is mediocre at best and the menu is repetitive.

I went to visit the facility for my sister to be placed. Nobody knew who I was. I just walked through the building. The staff was incredibly friendly. They are courteous and very kind to all their guest that stayed there. When I got lost, they totally directed me to the right wing that I needed to be in. They explained what they knew about it. I’m very happy for my sister to be there.

The staff are friendly and kind, especially the director of social services Elizabeth Marschalk. She was very helpful and friendly to me and my mother while she was staying here. 5 stars!

Life Care CdA has been amazing. All their staff is friendly and efficient. Their facility is clean and smells clean. My Mom was not easy patient and the clinical staff, social worker, administrator, transportation, and clerical go above and beyond in being helpful! Thank you for making one of the hardest times bearable.

Carla fell at home. Was in the hospital for 5 days, then came here for rehabilitation. So far so good. She's gotta get ready for hip replacement surgery.
