I booked a Massage + Face and Scalp + Foot Reflexology with Hot Stones with Riley and this was one of the better massages I’ve had! The environment was clean, warm and calm. We discussed tense/painful areas before hand. She targeted relief for tension in my neck, back and hips as requested. Pressure work was balanced very well (medium/heavy pressure during back and hips but adjusting to a lighter pressure for face and scalp). I felt deep relaxation while there and I left feeling restored and rejuvenated with stress melted away. I have previously worked with the owner Ilona during my pregnancy who provided extremely excellent prenatal massages. She had amazing pressure balance and addressed all of the areas I had pain in. I took a yin yoga class with my friend, which was a very quiet and relaxing studio. I also got a Reiki session from Wendy, which was my first ever Reiki, so I didn't know how I'd feel, or if I'd feel anything at all, but I literally felt the energy moving at several points as she worked over me. She was very caring and made me feel comfortable. I also met Ilona briefly who was very kind and welcoming too, they all made me feel like a regular on my first visit.

Ashley gives me my massages. She listens and answers my questions. She ha given me good advice on many issues with my body. Ilona has also given me massages. She has such a holistic approach and is so in tune to seeing how she can make you feel better both physically and spiritually. It is such a warm and caring place to go.

CASS Lawrence was wonderful in my psychic session by understanding everything I said, giving me a in the moment wisdom tip from my spirit guides, offering me tips through the card pull. I felt seen, heard and understood. Yeah. amber DeAnn

The Body Polish and Massage service exceeded my expectations. The exfoliation was thorough yet gentle, leaving my skin feeling incredible—smooth, soft, and hydrated. Unlike some scrubs that leave a greasy residue, this treatment struck the perfect balance, light and refreshing. The combination of hot towels, stimulating techniques, and massage with customized aromatherapy was amazing. A relaxing experience. Day later, my skin still feels great.
