Lincoln Dental Associates: Mark Paolucci DMD

This is a fantastic dental practice! I was recently referred here by my primary dentist in order to get an dental opinion for a treatment that my regular dentist doesn't offer. Lincoln dental's technician brought me in, got me comfortable and established a relationship with me, handle all of the X-rays beautifully and gave me "play by play" thoughout- great communication! Then doctor Mark came and reviewed everything with me, gave me options and discussed my concerns, sharing the pros and cons of everything. It was so level- headed and really helped me decide what the next step should be! All around excellence in this practice!!!

This was my first visit. The waiting room was bright and professional. Every staff member was professional and friendly. The hygienist was knowledgeable and friendly and went out of her way to explain everything she did. Her cleaning techniques were gentle yet thorough. And finally, the dentist was very friendly, explained everything she did, and gave me a full report of her findings. It was one of the best experiences I have had.

I was able to see Dr. Rubee for an emergency appointment. The technician was able to have X-rays completed, in preparation for doctor to diagnose and treat the issues. Treatment plan follow up, was discussed clearly. I actually felt relief, no stress. The support staff have been friendly and helpful. Previous experiences with doctor Mark, was very good.

I had to have something repaired asap as I was going overseas and didn't want dental issues while I was there. They fit me into their busy schedule and Dr Rupy would have accommodated me during off hours (before my trip) if I needed it. Very friendly and competent throughout the whole practice.

Yesterday I had a broken molar repaired at Lincoln Dental Associates. Dr. Lucy Kateb did the repair. She explained in detail what she would do to fix it. The process went smooth without any discomfort. It feels great to be able to chew now without any pain. The hygienist that assisted was great too. It’s been many years since I’ve had any dental work other than cleanings. I would definitely have Dr. Kateb work on my teeth again in the future.
