Walked in at 12pm with an appointment for 1pm. Got there early only because I was already in Parma. I don’t live in Parma and didn’t want to travel back. Reading a book on my phone in the waiting area, the receptionist comes out and says can I help you. I say that I have an appointment at 1 pm. You would think that would be the end of that conversation. However, the receptionist then says oh you’re early. I know. She then states you do know it’s 12 o’clock? I then stopped reading my book and look at her to let her know yes I do know how to tell time. It was the way she said what she said that I responded the way I did. She then stated well that’s good. You know how to tell time we’re all going to lunch. I said OK usually people take their lunch around 12 o’clock as I myself am a nurse and
