Lindsey Optical helped my friend and I when we were 7 hours from home and had an emergency. That was after losing hope and already called 20+ places. I'll never forget the warm embrace from the staff. I can't wait to come back and take them all to dinner. Beautiful people and friendly care. #1 vision center in WV. Paid over $500 for a pair of glasses a couple years ago. The nose bridge piece broke in half while I was cleaning them the other day. Took it in to get them repaired. They were less than helpful and quite frankly, rude. Kind of like I was bothering them with my presence. They said they could not be repaired, and that these particular frames were no longer available or being made. I immediately knew what they were trying to do. Trying to get me to pay for a whole new appointment and a whole new set of glasses when the lenses on mine are just fine. Anyway,I found the frames that they said were no longer available online And ordered them. Hoping my lenses fit in there. Will never go to Lindsay optical again. After three times returning and three weeks waiting unfortunately what I wanted for my glasses was not met to my satisfaction. Instead was offered 30% off to redo my glasses again after already paying a substantial amount for the first pair. Very disappointed…..😬

Front desk personnel are very rude the Dr. was in a hurry. After being treated like a second class citizen I found another eye Dr. that I am thoroughly satisfied with. Also my knowing that that with my insurance my exam is no cost to me they tried to charge me $30 and my eye exam was no different than any previous years .also refused to give me a copy of my prescription , I absolutely would not recommend Lindsey optical to any ever!

The doctor is very good...not a lot of conversation, but times have changed. I'm doing this review to say one of the young ladies at the front desk was the most helpful and kind person. An A+.
