I’ve been going here for a bit and have always been “pleased” but today on the phone I talked with Carol and it was just wonderful. She was upbeat, fun and actually made me want to find her and say hi at my next appointment. So hard to find that kind of communication these days. Thanks, Carol.

Dr. Louick and Karen have been great to work with. I’ve had a number of dental issues recently, and they got me in quickly and helped move things forward. Karen has been especially helpful — she’s responsive, follows up promptly, and takes concerns seriously, which I really appreciated after a bad experience at a previous office. They’ve also communicated well with the endodontist to coordinate my treatment plan. Even with an almost 40-minute drive, it’s been worth it for the level of care they provide. I’d definitely recommend this office.

Been at this location for a few yrs.Front desk staff is amazing!!! Karen, Carol and Sarah do an amazing job! They know who I like for my dental cleaning and my preferred dentist. Always smiling and pleasant!!! I have recommended to my friends when they were looking for a new dentist. There are a few locations: Parksburg and Colmar. Front staff and dentist were also amazing there!!!(trice is always cleaned and bright, specially with pandemic it's even welcoming coming in.

My 11yo daughter presented to Lionville Dental for a filling. She has never had a filling before, and was very nervous. She did not want to use the gas and, since it was a small cavity, asked to skip the anesthetic needle. My older daughter had a tiny cavity and was able to have it filled with just the numbing gel and had no pain. This was the plan going into the appointment. We explained this to the dental assistant and planned to speak to the dentist about it as well. Dr. Reuss entered the room and sat down without greeting either of us. He goes to grab the gas mask and put it on her face. I said oh no she doesn’t want that. So he slams it down and grabs the needle. When my daughter sees the needle she starts to cry a little. The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. Dr. Jonathan Louick, is knowledgeable and explains everything to you in understandable terms. He took the time fully go over my dental health, and presented several options on how to improve my teeth — and all this is done in a professional and positive manner. Very kind staff, extremely helpful with any and all questions I had. Alex was A+++. I high recommend Lionville Dental Associates.
