I found Sarah after a google search for someone who specialized in infant feeding issues and tongue ties, and thank god I did! At 2 months old, I found out that my daughter fell off her growth curve and at that time her pediatrician noticed she had a posterior tongue tie. Instead of giving me advice and a solution, her pedi just said we needed to come back for a weight check. I reached out to Sarah for a deeper evaluation and advice. Sarah got right back to me and was so willing to help right from the start! Sarah was able to diagnosis my daughters tongue tie along with oral motor dysfunction and body tension after our first session and came up with a plan right away. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate in her work. You can truly tell that she loves what she does and she gen

We were introduced to Sarah as a second opinion for our then four month old. Following a tongue and lip tie release at 6 weeks we were unsuccessful in introducing a bottle to our baby. Despite OT and daily exercises and practice we were making no progress towards successful bottle drinking. With my return to work and the transition to daycare quickly approaching we met with Sarah. After a quick phone call we thought it would be a good fit and during our first appointment she expertly evaluated and made a determination of the barriers. She helped me pivot the exercises and optimize the tools we were using. Something extremely helpful was her ability to help choose the right bottle based on my baby’s anatomy and strengths. This saved so much money and days/weeks of trial and error with diffe

Highly recommend Sarah! She is personable and you can tell she loves and cares about what she does. She was able to pick up something on my son’s feeding immediately and provided us a great suggestion. It’s now “Sarah’s” spoon in our house.

It’s not often you find a practitioner for infants who also really gets it as a mom. Sarah takes her time to listen and be thoughtful in her approach. Not only did she help get our infant to take a bottle, but she helped build confidence and quell anxiety in this postpartum mom. I genuinely can’t recommend her enough.

I am so grateful for Little Monkeys and Sarah!! My newborn had challenges with eating - specifically BF but also with a bottle. As a FTM this was scary and stressful and I felt helpless as to what to do. Sarah was so kind and understanding of what I was going through and also made it a priority to see us straight away. Sarah was so incredibly helpful in working with my son that we saw progress straight away! My son made significant headway thanks to Sarah’s help and work with him. He now eats very well and we exclusively BF which was my goal! Sarah is also incredibly generous with her time to answer any questions or help with any of my concerns - which as a FTM there were many!! I can honestly say we would be in a very different place had we not worked with Sarah and Little Monkeys and I a
