Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry – Post Falls

Great experience. Super friendly. Dr. Delonas engaged well with the kids and explained things thoroughly.

My boys have been patients at Little Smiles since they were toddlers and we have always been pleased with their dental care and services. However, today we wanted to share how very thankful we are and how Shayne at the front office and Dr Delonas went ABOVE AND BEYOND! True to teenager form, my 16 year old told me mid afternoon that he thought he had a wisdom tooth coming in that hurt. Fast forward an hour, and the poor kid was suddenly in excruciating pain. Not sure what was going on we called and told Little Smiles what was going on. An hour before close, the night before a long Thanksgiving holiday- they chose to care for him and made time to see him. Not only were they able to see a wisdom tooth coming, but saw that it was infected already and he needed oral antibiotics. Without them c

My littles were not smiling when we left and neither was I. I have twins. We had a plan in place going into this appointment. I didnt go back i was paying (shouldn't this be done after?) they take my boys back start working well it seems as through the mixed up the twins. One was supposed to get gas to calm him before doing cavity coating( which by the was tasted very disgusting.) They gave the gas to wrong twin. Made him vomit. The taste made the other twin vomit. Now they hate the dentist. I will not be taking them back to this location. They use to love this place.

This place was gonna make my son wait 30 days to be seen (soonest appointment) after 3 nights of no sleep and what we found out was an abcessed tooth. Fast forward a few years (never returned after the first incident) I need all records for court and these guys argue with me that my son was never a patient there.... after searching my storage unit I found the records that in fact showed my son was indeed a patient. Very rude and inconsiderate staff, 10/10 would not recommend this place

Dr. Delonas and Katlyn were amazing. Very patient, very kind, spoke to kiddo rather than over him, very gentle. We are very grateful for this level of care.
