Lorraine Atkinson, RPA-C, FAAPA

I’ve been a patient of Lorraine‘s for almost 5 months now, and I was so excited when I found a provider that seemed to be caring, warm and down to earth. I have never felt rushed when in an appointment & she always seemed to listen. On the other hand, her staff has been unbearable on most occasions to deal with. They are short in their responses, unfriendly, and seem like they can’t be bothered. They don’t even answer the phone using the office name- just “how can I help you?”, so you’re never sure if you’re actually calling a professional office. When I called regarding a medication that I’ve been paying out-of-pocket for & I was told was going to be discontinued, I asked her staff member, LeAnn, if she knew which medication out of two other options would be most comparable and she said,

I am currently looking for a new provider and decided to go to Lorraine’s office based on her reviews. She is very nice and I don’t disagree with the reviews but….. I went in for an “initial visit” but I also needed blood work. She told me she does labs in her office and I should make an appointment to come back which I did. However, there was a scheduling conflict and I requested a script to get the labs done elsewhere( at a facility where I work because it’s more convenient for me) was basically told no. I took issue with that because as a practitioner , she should be flexible and understanding of her patients time. If it’s convenient for a patient to get labs drawn else where then go ahead. The results go back to Lorraine and I would have to make an appointment to go over them. Just c

Eileen, Jackie, and Dina (Kutchner) are the best. I love this office and always will. Sad, I moved and now I do not use them anymore but I would in a heartbeat. Always kind, and friendly, never had a bad experience. Had many issues come up and was squeezed in or taken care without hesitation.

I have been a patient with Lorraine for about 5 years, she is the kindest , thoughtful and compassionate, she really does care , I just like talking to her, everyone who works there , the receptionist, and the staff , are truly the best, caring and compassionate as well, I am thankful for finding a doctor and staff like that, Thankyou all , MAUREEN BRIENZA

Excellent staff. Very caring. Dr. Atkinson is extremely thorough.
