The office has changed a lot since there’s been new people running the office front. I get treated horrible when I call. many don’t even speak English that I have to wait for somebody that speaks English to take my call. Today I had to wait 40 minutes left on the phone and hung up on three times. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Flores for 10 years now. Maybe more. And the way that they treat patients in the front when you call is really disrespectful and not very professional.
