Louisiana Eye Doctors - Clearview

After my appointment- I felt confident that my eye exam was thorough. Dr. Moses answered my questions and explained every test and exam. The physician’s assistant (I wish I had asked her name) had excellent customer service skills and had a lot of patience-

The entire staff was great. I had a few insurance hiccups but they did everything to assist and help me. I’ve been seeing Dr Moses for a years now. He’s always nice and explains all the things!

The appointment itself (with the actual eye doctor) was great. Getting registered at the desk when we first arrived was chaos. The receptionist advised me that after checking the insurance, we didn't have any. This was impossible as we found the eye doctor on the insurance website. I had to call the insurance company (while at the location) to get the insurance portal information that needed to be checked and verified. The entire process took around 40 minutes for the young lady to figure out in order for us (three of us) to be seen. At one point, I was advised that it was getting late and we needed to reschedule. I was adamant we were NOT leaving due to her failure to verify the information. Ultimately, we were able to be seen after the entire debacle. The front desk person (while very k

Overall the visit was a very pleasant experience. I thought Dr Moses was both professional and thorough and I felt very listened to. The store manager was also very courteous and very helpful and seem to try hard to give us the best value for our money. There was no upselling other than just simply offering us some upgrades but no hard sell. I appreciated the entire experience

This is my third visit for glasses. I've always had good experiences. The eye exam is very thorough, the staff is friendly, and they have a good selection of frames at decent prices. Highly recommended.
