My son has been a patient of Dr. Jackson at Love Kids Pediatrics for 12 years, and I can honestly say she is an exceptional doctor. From the very beginning, she has shown genuine care, patience, and compassion, not just for my son’s health, but for him as a person. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and always makes sure we feel heard and supported. Over the years, she has celebrated his milestones with us and guided us through any health concerns with professionalism and kindness. We truly feel blessed to have her as our pediatrician, and I can’t recommend Dr. Jackson and the Love Kids Pediatrics team enough!

Dr. Jackson is an amazing doctor and we feel Blessed to have her as our kids’ pediatrician. She is knowledgeable, thorough, personable and truly cares about her patients. I will never forget when my husband and I had to make a critical decision regarding our daughter’s health with a specialist, and Dr. Jackson made herself available to help us make an informed determination. It was well after hours; she never rushed us, and ensured we were comfortable. In addition, she has called us several times just to check on the kids after they would have a sick visit. Those are just a couple examples of the comprehensive care we have received. Great providers are extremely hard to find these days, so we are immensely appreciative. We would highly recommend Dr. Jackson!!!

This place is DISGUSTING! DO NOT COME HERE! The guy is awful! I called on a Monday and he told me my appappointment was tomorrow, which was Tuesday. It wasn't on Tuesday. It was Wednesday! That same guy told me the price for the out of pocket visit $98.58 but because i read the reviews, I asked if it was still the same. The girl looked a paper and gave a different quote. I was annoyed but needed to get my daughter seen. I went to pay and the guy goes "declined" i thought it was because my card was still unlocking the girl reset it. I initially wanted to bypass my pin anyway so I did it as a credit. It still didn't work and his simple self said the same thing, decline. I know I have the money so it wasn't that big of a deal. Dr. Jackson is a wonderful and great provider. We have been with her for over 13 years. She has been the pediatrician to all three of our kids. Even when we didn't have insurance and we were paying out of pocket, she did her best to support and accommodate us. She is patient, kind, loving, caring and so on. What has kept us with her is the fact that she is family oriented. I call Dr. Jackson at all hours even at night and she will pick up and return our calls. When I was a new mom she was there to support me and educate me and my husband. When we moved to PA, we found another doctor but our children insisted on going back to Dr. Jackson as they didn't like the new provider.
