I had an absolutely great experience here! I've used America's Best since 2018 and the last two years I've had problems with my prescription needing changed only after 4 or 5 months. Well for one, this place does things way differently than America's Best. The doctor actually cared about my concerns and didn't make me feel like just another number on a paper. She explained everything that I was confused about, and the exam process was so much more thorough than the other place. She actually noticed something that's been there for a long time that America's Best never noticed. She learned that I've been getting a prescription that is too strong for my needs all this time and fixed that for me. Dr Duong was amazing! She was very thorough with the eye exam and answered all my questions. She even double checked everything for me to make sure the RX was just right. She also gave tips on what to do when picking out glasses to make sure I get the correct fit. Highly recommend.

Dr. Duong and her staff were so easy to work with! I’ve battled with finding contacts that fit well and don’t dry my eyes out. She helped me trial a few different ones and was very patient with me through the process. I highly recommend this office!
