The nurses and doctors were amazing. Super attentive, caring, personable and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and accommodated plugging in a Roku to the tv. My one and only complaint is the cost of food at the cafeteria which, I believe, is a private business.

Thanks to the 6A team my week spent in the EMU (epilepsy monitoring unit) has been my best hospital stay yet. The rooms are large private rooms, they have an in suite bathroom, a window with a bench seat for guests, a recliner, flat screen TV with DVD player. For storage you have a night stand with 3 drawers and a small closet to hang clothes and bags. They also have folding chairs for additional guest The staff is hard working and dedicated and the patient to nurse ratio is 1:4 meaning call light response is on point. I never had to wait more than 3 minutes my entire time. I was admitted by Dr. Patel directly so I arrived at noon the day of admission and the team was not only prepared but was ready. The food was above average similar to a school lunch style ,with plenty of variety, and

My mother recently had surgery at this hospital, and our experience has been devastating. I am her legal POA and primary caregiver, yet I was never contacted before she was discharged — even though I had requested she be admitted for observation. After she came home, my mother was in excruciating pain and shaking so badly she could not drink water or take her medications safely. She also developed a rash on her face, which I reported right away — but no doctor ever contacted me about it. When I finally spoke with the surgeon’s office, the response to her pain was cold and unfeeling, even mocking her before offering a half-hearted apology. No patient should ever be treated this way, especially when they are suffering and vulnerable. We live far from the hospital, and she should never hav

I'm the current owner of a phone number that previously belonged to an employee here named Beatrice. I have been receiving 20 to 25 calls every single day since I've owned this number with them trying to reach Beatrice about work scheduling. I have talked with the staffing and scheduling department four different times and still I receive these calls. The last time 2 days ago the lady hung the phone up on me. Incompetent and rude. They have called as early as 5:24 in the morning and they have called as late as 1:32 in the morning! The real question here is how many times do you call the same phone number without an answer or how many times do I have to call down there and explain my situation before action is taken! This is beyond ridiculous!

I absolutely do not agree with the ethics of this hospital . They force me to do a "Mental health"/DEC assessment; When I am clearly here for an X Ray and to get my arm cleaned. I am over 18 years old. That being said; I am a legal adult & should have the right to refuse an assessment that they are stating I need to do . This is agmy human rights
