The doctor was lovely, my nurse Rasheka was so amazing I loved her. The reminder texts do not have the address on them which I find problematic, I went to the wrong location. Additionally the door should be labeled better in the main hallway, I had a mini panic attack seeing a bunch of locked doors. All in all I'm glad I got the test done and this was all productive and successful. EDIT The allergy test was like..... not covered by my insurance and it cost me $500 out of pocket. My deductible for the year was out too so it should have been well covered. I didn't even need it that badly So check your insurance BEFORE you schedule an allergy test!!!

Dr Maaz was very informative, friendly, answered my questions about my allergy problems. I would recommend Dr Maaz to my Family and Friends.

The Dr and staff at this office are great but since they've joined ENT & Alergy, the scheduling and check in process are very inefficient and not at all patient friendly. I have been going to this office regularly for allergy shots (including 3 times already this year). In order to schedule an appt, you must login to their App or call their call center, but either process takes over 10-15 mins to complete even if they definitely already have your current information. I unfortunately have several health issues and therefore see multiple types of drs at various locations (Penn, Jefferson, Cooper, private, etc), and this is not normal. Time is valuable, so I really hope they improve these processes for patients.

Dr. Jalil was very attentive, knowledgeable and exceptionally generous with his time. He makes you feel like you are the only patient he has. Hard to find such doctors nowadays.

Very patient and careful in his discussion. Overall a most pleasant visit.
