Main Line Health Urgent Care - Wynnewood

Went to Urgent Care because I was not feeling well for a whole week. My visit was very quick. I was seen within 10 minutes of signing in. The staff was friendly, professional and thorough. I was given test to rule out COVID and the flu. The doctor came to exam me and prescribed meds and let me know that after completing my meds, I should be good as new. Received a note to return to work and let my boss know that I am Not contagious. I appreciate all the help I received from Urgent Care.

To say I was pleasantly surprised would be a gross understatement. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and I was seen immediately. The x-ray tech was patient and careful. Nurse practitioner Mary was wonderful. She was very thorough, comforting, and cheerful during her exam. She took her time and carefully explained everything to me. She made sure that I understood exactly what the injury was and how to properly treat it at home. I give MLHUC-W five huge stars and a sincere thank you.

This was my first experience with IV infusion, and I had no idea what to expect. I felt extremely anxious and stressed upon learning that I needed it. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how relaxing the process was. I fell asleep right away! The urgent care visit for my transfusion turned out to be a fantastic experience ,very comfortable and soothing. Jennifer was especially kind and helpful throughout the whole process.

Main line health care was terrific. Every staff member was cordial, considerate, and helpful. I did not have to wait to be taken into an examination room . The doctor’s assistant and the doctor were prompt, reassuring and knowledgeable. The X-ray technician was professional and careful.. I highly recommend main line health.

I walked in 16 minutes after they opened. I had some flu symptoms and they were prepared with masks, sanitizer and tissues in the waiting room. I sat no longer than 5minutes after registration. I was greeted by Ina, an MA who reviewed my med list, took vitals and sufficiently completed my flu and strep swabs. I was given a Chest Xray in the building and my test results were back quickly. My total visit was less than 30 min and I was headed to the pharmacy to retrieve the prescribed meds. The provider was great, compassionate , empathetic and patient, as I coughed and vomited throughout the visit. I was satisfied with the care I received. This is the only urgent care I use for quick and efficient treatment.
