Disgusting lobby. We were here on a Sunday, and the line was out the door. Half the staff at the desk was busy chatting or gossiping. Thankfully a very professional gentleman (didn’t get his name, but he was a nicely dressed Asian man with long hair in a ponytail) was also working the desk. He actually took the time to listen to us without shouting or being condescending. If only all the employees were able to be professional like that.
The lobby is beautiful,that's to make up for the horrible care you receive at this hospital
