Mandell Center for Comprehensive Multiple Sclerosis Care and Neuroscience Research

My experiences at Mandell are always excellent. Everyone is always kind, helpfully, very patient and pleasant. This includes everyone I interact with peripherally to the people who see me professionally. My Doctor, Dr. Bailey, is brilliant, compassionate and a true advocate for her patients with MS. I am fortunate to have had her recommended and to have been accepted as her patient. I have only had positive interactions with anyone I've encountered in the years since my diagnoses and being under the care of the medical staff of the Mandell Center for Comprehensive Multiple Sclerosis Care and Neuroscience Research.

The Mandel center is a place l have been coming to since it opened. They are so good. They have helped me so much.every person in this center is compassionate, kind and very professional. They have saved my life, living with Ms is hard but with the right people, you can be at ease knowing you are in the best care.thank you all.my favorite doctor, Doctor Wade, will always be in this center. He started my healing and l think about him always.......

Been coming to the Mandell Center for many Many years..I've had MS..Dr's and Front Staff are awesome and caring as always,..Its not the same with Dr Wade gone, but you can feel his presence and his spirit lives on through the hard work and dedication of the neurologists that make our lives better and which we stay independent as much as possible..There is no way I could go to another place for my health but The Mandell Center.. The velvet parking is top notch and is handled with much respect and courtesy and make it so much better they always welcome you with a smile on their face, open the door help you out..It can't get much better then that!! God Bless The Mandell Center for everyone I mean EVERYONE who has made my life Special and Appreciate for all you do and Continue to do...

I have great confidence in the doctors and staff at the Mandell Center. They understand that my life is in their hands. They are very professional, and treat me with the upmost respect. When I originally started seeing Dr. Wade, Mandell Center was the only MS center in the area. Now there are several centers to choose from. I choose to stay with the Mandell Center because of the incredible care I received there. I have recommended it to several coworkers that were diagnosed with MS. They two are pleased with the care that they receive.

**I am editing my review since things have changed in the last few years. Front desk service has been much better and I have not had any issues. I also just want to say that Dr Bailey is one of the best doctors I have ever had.** The doctors and nurses are fantastic. The infusion room is quite comfortable. The complimentary valet service is very nice, especially because it's difficult to find a parking space. My only complaint is the front desk staff. Several times I have called and requested a provider to call me back...and I never get a return phone call. I've already complained about this a couple times, but nothing has changed.
