The most professional and knowledgeable pharmacy I have ever been a customer of. Kris is a hidden gem of a pharmacist and I am so glad to have switched over to this pharmacy from one of the big national chains that was unreliable. Is it a smaller pharmacy? Yes. Does that mean at peak times you might have to wait for a person or two in front of you? Yes. That’s not the staff’s fault. The staff here more than makes up for it with their quality work and professional approach. They have the resources of the large national chains with a small town feel. It’s the best part of this Price Chopper location!

This is about the Pharmacy at 1706 Western Ave... they are the best! Fantastic staff, friendly, fast, and caring. I have been using this pharmacy for 10 years now and they are the standard of excellence!

Went there tonight, and there were long lines. I asked the manager to open a register. He told me he didn't know how to run the registers. So either a) this store hires incompetent managers or b) the manager lied to my face to avoid working. Either way, I'll never return to this location.
