When I arrived, I had to pay up front which wasnt a big deal except I didnt have cash for a tip. I tipped up front, over 20 percent. I got my message and while it was okay, it wasnt the best I had ever gotten, not by far. The massage therapist was on her phone texting for more than half the message. A couple of times she placed the phone on or against a body part and I could feel it. If you have never had a one handed massage, I wouldnt recommend it. I must say, it wasnt a relaxing experience. As each minute went on, I got more and more upset and felt that I had wasted my money.
Whoever is handling scheduling massages is really uninformed about scheduling and massages... I think she needs more training. Definitely made me question whether I trust the service as she didn't know what a deep tissue massage was or if the therapist could do it.
