After being treated at the emergency room by Dr Palla, he told me to make a follow up appointment. Dr Palla who treated me well in the emergency room also told me he would he would personally see me in a month or so. When I called the number given me to make the follow up appointment they had no idea who Dr Palla was and no record of me needing an appointment. I called 2 times. The confusion on their part was significant. The promts where poor and when a person finally picked up that isn't at the clinic my task became impossible. After an hour I gave up. Maybe it was all just a bad dream!

No one ever has any idea why I’m there and you can’t get ahold of anyone. I’ve waited on hold for over an hour just to request my records to be sent out elsewhere. My heart is too important to deal with their inability to run a cardiologist office correctly. The people that work in this office need to take their jobs more seriously! Also, the nurse that draws blood and makes appointments is extremely rude and rough with needles. If you care about your heart I would recommend going elsewhere.

Dr. Ryan McDonough has Academic Preparation and Professional Experience that is Outstanding! He is brilliantly intelligent. His responsibilities as a Veteran U.S. Army Doctor have enabled him to acquire first hand experience that is invaluable. Dr. McDonough truly embodies his core values: compassion, precision, integrity, and a patient oriented; patient first approach. He is a Superior Doctor!

Completely unacceptable experience ever since Jessica Bray left the practice. Front desk refused to schedule follow-up appointment for weeks, when they finally did, it is 2 months away. Due to uncontrolled blood pressure I ended up on life support for 3 days in April. Due to unmonitored medication I'm saturated in sweat constantly, cannot sleep, and have multiple secondary health problems. These people will screw around until you die, rather than schedule an appointment; I highly recommend going elsewhere even if that means Anchorage.

Dr. Badger is very knowledgeable and took such good care of my Mom. He answers all questions and working with all her care providers to ensure nothing is being missed. Thank you so much Dr. Badger Carrie Jo Cramer
