Came here to say that Maura shouldn't have to deal with the negative reviews. She doesn't control insurance or billing. She's an amazing doctor who actually cares wth happens to you.

Be aware that this provider will bill your yearly preventative care as an office visit. This code will get her higher reimbursement but will not be covered as "preventative care" under your insurance. Depending on your insurance you be required to cover most if not all of it out of pocket. I strongly urge you to consider a different provider that uses ethical billing practices.

Like someone wrote before, I was also charged for a primary care visit rather than a preventative annual check up. This resulted in a $50 copay when it should be covered completely by my insurance.

Always great. Compassionate, competent and asks the right questions to get to the root of the problem.
