Maxi Care Pharmacy

This was my first time using Maxi Care as my pharmacy and they were so great! The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful with getting my prescription together. My partner went to pick my prescription up for me and said that the team was very welcoming. 🥰 thank you guys!

I feel it is my duty as a medical provider to warn potential patients about this pharmacy. I have been trying to get my patient a prescription that requires prior authorization for over one month. Finally I was able to get it approved a few weeks ago, yet it was not dispensed to my patient. When I called to provide the prior authorization number, the owner and pharmacist said that “Medicaid won’t cover this medication” despite me repeatedly stating I had the prior authorization number and it was already approved weeks ago and asked him to take it down. He kept repeating himself and saying no. When I asked to speak with someone else he became very rude and refused. I have advised my patient to select another pharmacy so we can finally get them their medication.

I absolutely love this pharmacy. They all are super courteous and extremely friendly. They take the time to get to know their customers and their concerns. They always personally greet the customers, and will always go the extra mile to assist them. A real neighborhood gem.

One of the best pharmacies I've ever gone to. I will never deal with another headache from Walgreens or rite aid again. They are very personable, small, and remember their customers by face. I always spend less than 10 minutes there and when there is an issue they call my doctor immediately and fix the problem without sending me all over the world. Bless this business 🙏🏽🙏🏽
