I strongly do not recommend taking your children here. EVER. As new patients, I arrived with my children 15 minutes early to our appointment time at 2:30pm. We were not seen until about 3:40pm despite having turned in the new patient forms well before being called back. They proceeded to give me tour of the facility. The atmosphere felt chaotic. It felt like everything was rushed and a “get in, get out” attitude. The facility looks pretty child friendly. They have a little play area in the waiting room and then toys and games in the back where they do the cleanings and procedures. So again, it seems child friendly but don’t let that fool you. I was told that once a child is 4 years old, parents are no longer allowed to come to the back with their child; parents remain in the waiting room.

Apparently after the first visit parents are not allowed to accompany their child. If you think a five year old is going to be left unaccompanied by a parent, provide federal background checks for all staff and maybe then.

I finally met my 30th anniversary!! Been going to them since I was about 5 and now 34😃I love doctor Gilliam and her husband...good service not so quick but friendly #blackowned

As new patients you will easily sit for 3-4 hours. Avoid this place at all cost. Horrible service.

My granddaughter and I enjoy going to dental appointments, very very friendly and very good service. Very concern about our teeth health. We are very happy with our services.
