She utilizes her deep understanding of the body’s intricate connections to release not just isolated areas of tension, but the network of tension within body and mind. Her use of various therapeutic techniques, especially deep tissue work, is intentional and healing, and her spirit of caring is authentic and purposeful.

She introduced me to cupping massage and it has been helpful to my overall well-being. She does other types of massages that have also been helpful. I highly recommend Ilaria.
