McCormick Vision Source

I had a great experience at McCormick Vision Source. This was my first visit. I really like that I was provided forms in advance via email to complete in the comfort of my own home! I I appreciate that they use the Optomap machine which can take pictures of the back of the eye without dilation. No need to wait to drive home. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Emma and Dr. McCormick were so patient answering all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured.

*Please Read* From the front desk to the techs my visit was, accommodating, Informative and helpful. While my order had a little bit of a discrepancy, I was always informed on its latest updates And never felt like I was in the dark. The tech Michael helped me with my eye exam was very organized and efficient when it came to me asking for updates on my frames. Shout out to the Assistant office manager, Caitlyn who took me through each detail of my prescription. I was so impressed by her knowledge and she even went as far for me to help me place another order for a second pair of frames because I was just so satisfied with their service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly service and reliability. Ask for Michael, Chris and Caitlyn!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

However, since their recent relocation, I've noticed significant changes in their processes and service quality that have made interactions increasingly difficult. Key concerns: Customer service: Staff interactions have become noticeably less friendly and professional. Sometimes talking rudely. Communication: No proactive updates on order status or progress Accessibility: Phone calls are rarely answered, making it difficult to reach them Basic amenities: Small touches like offering water to waiting customers have been eliminated Wait times: Appointments and service now involve extended waiting periods My most recent experience was particularly disappointing, involving multiple visits, lost orders, and signific
