MD Now Urgent Care - Brickell, Miami

I had a great experience at MD Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive from start to finish. I was seen quickly, and the provider took the time to actually listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. The facility was clean and well-organized, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and efficient. I really appreciated how smooth the process was, definitely a place I’d recommend and return to if needed.

❌Urgent care？ ✅ Slow care！ Horrible wait time for almost 2 hours. Last time when I was there I was 28, now I’m 8 month old. Yes, reincarnated into my new life due to SLOW treatment. Long story short: NEVER going again, what a waste of time and life.

Laura, the physician assistant, truly listened to my concerns, showed genuine patience, and helped me tremendously. I never felt rushed or dismissed — just cared for. I’m only visiting for a week, but the level of patient care I received here exceeded my expectations. About a week ago, I brought my mother to the ER for an infection, and the experience was outstanding. Jamie (PA), Jocelyn (MA), and Lourd (manager) were incredible. From check-in to discharge, everything was fast, efficient, and caring. She was taken in within minutes, tested quickly, lab results came back almost immediately, and her prescription was ready at CVS within about 20 minutes. The entire visit took roughly an hour. The facility was clean, well organized, and run by smart, compassionate professionals. It’s rare to find an ER this efficient and genuinely caring. I was extremely pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend this place. Thank you to the entire team!

From the very beginning, he was kind, attentive, and genuinely took the time to listen and explain everything clearly and patiently.
