Med First Primary & Urgent Care- Raleigh Six Forks

I had always felt like my doctors didn't listen and assumed that either I was lying, exaggerating, or stupid. I don't feel that way anymore. Dr. Blaine really listens. He hears what I am experiencing and uses that information to help guild him to what questions to ask or tests to run. I feel very safe being completely honest with him and I feel like he trusts that that is what I am doing. I even referred my Daughter to him. There's a really nice, knowledgeable, and thorough doctor as well. I think her name is Dr. Christine. But I have only seen her a few times when I did same walk-in urgent care. That's another great advantage no appointment is needed, though it is faster if you have one.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location due to the customer service. I called this morning for information on a school physical. A simple task. However, the receptionist was disrespectful and unclear about the process. When I asked a follow-up question, she became frustrated, raised her voice, and disconnected the call. There are other urgent care options in Wake Forest that communicate professionally and treat people with respect.

Exceptional Professional providers that are always willing to go the extra mile to help you no matter how you feel about your health, they never judge you, always willing to treat you like you are nothing but family. They treat me as well as my entire family Blaine has been my provider for 15 years now and I wouldn't dare go to anyone else. He has made me feel welcome no matter how emotional or embarrassed I become to explain my situation, he is nothing but honest and genuine about wanting to help no matter the situation that arises. Christine is also one of our providers and she goes above and beyond as well. We are nothing but blessed and highly favored with Christine and Blaine, as well as the nursing staff. This has got to be one of the best providers we have been to since pediatrics.

Very professional and excellent customer service. I have been coming here for years and even with a new name change it has not changed their service. I will not change and go to another practice because frankly I don’t feel I would get this quality of service. I have had no problem with referrals to specialists, getting mammograms, x-rays, medication refills and whatever I needed. My hats are off to them-they care about their patients. Something not seen too much anymore.

I just wanna say for the record both doctors here are amazing. But a new team and staff is highly needed for this business to truly thrive . I was treated with hostility and arrogance by this woman here . I’ve never felt so disappointed to come to a doctors office when I’m supposed to be getting help for my health. I’m not sure it’s name but she has short hair and glasses . she gave me nothing but absolute attitude and has no consideration for patients . I was told that I have a bill last moment upon checking in for my appointment . she told me email was sent but I asked “why hasn’t anyone called “ after updating my number with these people they still have my old number on file . I never received an email . There is a lot of difficulties in their system that they need to fix asap .
