Med-Save Pharmacy

I always fill my Rx needs here because they are a small pharmacy that actually care about what they are doing. I used Walgreens for the longest time before I found out about Med Save and I was very glad I switched. There's no long wait times, They get to know you by name, and what your there for. Unlike Walgreens. It's always something with them.My biggest problem with them was being able to navigate the phone service to talk to a live person. I absolutely hate that. But MedSave was there to help and I didn't have to do anything to get my prescriptions switched from one pharmacy to the next. They did it all for me.

Fast, friendly, and efficient staff. I'd had so much trouble out of Walgreens with trying to get my kids prescriptions filled in a timely manner when they were sick, so I switched my whole family to MedSave, and I haven't had a problem since. Top of the line, you can even sign up to get prescription reminders. I recommend this Pharmacy to anyone! Great place! 👍🙏🤗

Grayson's Med-Save group is awesome, they are responsive to their customers and do so in a quick and warm manner. So refreshing to have after years of less than desired service from other local pharmacies. When I go to a doctor in Ashland and get a prescription, I receive an email notice that the scrip is ready to be picked up by the time I arrive back in Grayson. Thank you!

I was really frustrated trying to get my dads medication. The pharmacist was detailed in explaining the ridiculous rules and loopholes of medicare. After serving in vietnam and paying into the system all these years he has to pay so much for his meds. The pharmacist sympathized with me and understood my frustration with the system. I just really appreciated that today. Kindness goes a long way. Even though he couldnt fix it for me he didnt act like a robot like the workers at walgreens did lol glad we switched

The people at Med Save are absolutely wonderful. It is more than evident that they care about the people that use their pharmacy. I will never go anywhere else.
