Medac Urgent Care - Military Cutoff

I arrived shortly before closing time. Everyone stayed late for me. Friendly, expert doctor attention, and the nurse who wrapped my hand for a burn, left the index and thumb fingertips exposed. I found out just how useful that little trick was since yesterday. Fantastic crew and 30 minutes versus hours in an emergency room, I just can’t say enough good things about my experience with this location and staff.

They were kind. But I am a sensitive person to medications and already am on medications. I came in to get tested for something that they ended up now putting me on a THIRD antibiotic for. My only suggestion is maybe take the time to observe that not every patient is the same and some have direct things medically that make them different. Because I was given two wrong antibiotics I am now on my third to correct what was done. I take care of myself so there is no reason for this to be happening. This is also not my first time this happening with this medac so I will not be returning.

I checked in at the front desk and the gentleman there was very nice, set me at ease and gave me papers to fill out. A medical professional called me back very quickly to a room and I was treated very nice by her as she was taking my vitals and talking to me about why I was there. The PA then came in and discussed my medical problem and called in a prescription and said they would follow-up if needed within 2 days. Each person that I talked to was friendly, caring and professional! Great service for an urgent care facility. Thank you.

I was seen promptly and my medical issue was very professionally resolved. Our PA took much time explaining and answering all of our questions. Excellent care! Only issue was the discharge instructions sent to my phone. The app would not accept my name and DOB so I was unable to access that. The provider had gone over the instructions in detail in person, however.

Most amazing, knowledgeable, kind, and timely place ever! I was on a work trip and accidentally scratched my cornea and was in extreme pain. They got me in and out in no time, were extremely understanding that my eye was so painful especially with light that they turned off the light during exams and triage. From walking into the office to seeing the doctor the experience was way better than I’ve come to expect from any Urgent Care Clinic! Especially being away from home and traveling and having a pretty dangerous/scary injury. 100% recommended. And THANK YOU to the staff who took care of me.
