Front desk was on her phone after I said good morning and didn’t even look up. Just said to fill out some forms. They called my name to see the doctor. I said good morning and no response from this guy nurse. He (I think his name is Wales) just pointed at the room and said nothing. Wales came back and again, and the same kind of behavior. Rushed. Overworked. Obvious. There was one other person in the waiting room so it’s not like this is an ER in NYC. PA came in. Was decent and polite. Saw me for five minutes. Quick diagnosis. I guess this is what we have resorted to. Fast food style of medical service.
