Yesterday we had to visit this Urgent Care when our grandmother fell in the parking lot, tripped over a curb, and badly injured her face. She needed stitches, and we are so grateful we came here, especially on a Sunday evening. (A little tip: if you have elderly parents or grandparents, it’s best to support them while walking in parking lots - those curbs can be really dangerous.) We arrived around 8 pm, just an hour before closing, and we were lucky to meet such a kind, supportive team. They treated our grandmother very carefully and with genuine kindness. Took my friend there today and everyone was exceptional, Maria in the Front Desk was very lovely and helpful. She was very attentive to everyone that came up to her. Everybody in the back, Laura and doctor very friendly. This urgent care is the best they truly care. Would recommend 10/10

What a wonderful and excellent experience every time I come into this clinic! Dr. Goldstein and the x-ray tech Monique always take very good care of me and are truly amazing. And the medical knowledge is top of the line in this clinic!

I went in today and immediately I was welcomed by the front desk assistant who was so kind, I’m sorry on this review to forget so many names but the pain I was in was insane.she quickly got me situated and to the back to see the nurse Megan, from there it got even better she was gentle with her voice very confident and calm,she got all my info made me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Then came in with Dr.Goldstein who was sweet and kind and treated me so well he took very good care of me he was fast and got me feeling 100% then I when walked in. I am so thankful for the entire staffs kindness and professionalism and knowledge. I will always come here for my future needs and 100% recommend all my family and friends. Thanks so much.

Overall experience was good. The medical assistant and the receptionist were both professional and kind, and I felt that I was listened to and received appropriate care. However, there was one issue that really bothered me and I feel it’s important to mention. While I was sitting in the exam room, I could hear Dr. Daniela speaking outside and repeatedly using very unprofessional language, including frequent use of the Fword. And later, when I walked out, I could still hear her using the same language in conversation with the team. It felt very inappropriate and uncomfortable to hear that kind of language in a medical setting, especially from someone in a physician’s position.
